Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use

I reserve the right to change these terms at any time, without letting you know.  However, I’m a pretty trustworthy person, so I’m not going to change them to anything outlandish – don’t panic.

Kids Physio Wales  highly values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors. If you opt in to the newsletter your contact details will be stored securely and never sold or given to anyone else.  You can unsubscribe at any time, although that would be a shame.

I reserve the right to edit any comments you make on this site. In the main this means deleting links to your company’s products when you are trying to use the comments for advertising. Just so you know, links in the comments are no_follow.

This site is copyright

All content is copyright.  Don’t steal it.  Ask before reprinting it. Ask before translating it. You never know, I might say yes!

I have not yet but would be open to accepting compensation for my opinion on products, services, websites, and various other topics. This compensation would be provided through avenues such as free products, promotion codes, and monetary payment. I will always disclose when compensation has been made for the review of a product.

I may from time to time, include affiliate links in my posts. I will only do this for products that I or my clients personally recommend because they are great. If I receive compensation for posts or advertisements, I will always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. Any product claim, statistic, quote, or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

This website uses cookies. This is generally to save you from having to re-enter your details. Buttons and links to ‘share this’ on social media sites also use cookies, again to remember your details. These cookies are provided by the service you have chosen to share content through. The shopping cart uses cookies, and so does MailChimp/Mad Mimi, to remember if you have already subscribed the newsletter.

I also use Google Analytics cookies to track the number of visitors to the site. I do this because it helps me tailor the content more effectively, and I can use the data when I talk to advertisers, as they are always interested in how many people will see their advert. No personal data about you is stored and none of the adverts use cookies. There might be a couple of other cookies that I haven’t found yet.

The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 is supposed to protect your personal data, and stop websites from tracking your habits. Implementing the law is difficult. I’m doing my best – I have disabled the plugins that seem to me the most intrusive. If you spot anything that you think I should be doing differently, please let me know. I have installed Cookie Consent, which you see the first time you visit, and it displays a sidebar so you can edit your privacy settings at any time.

I don’t write cookies myself – I wouldn’t even know how. Any cookies on this site have been produced by a third party. As part of my goal to share interesting things with you, I sometimes embed photos and videos from other places, such as YouTube and flickr. I can’t control the cookies that are used on these sites and you should be aware that embedded content from other websites may use cookies.

Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, while some browsers allow you to reject just third party cookies. For example, in Internet Explorer (version 9) you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Internet options”, “Privacy”, and selecting “Block All Cookies” using the sliding selector. Blocking all cookies will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites.

For more information about cookies, please visit this website.

You can turn off the use of cookies at anytime by changing your specific browser settings.
